Would not be hard to convert, and the engine could be in great shape, since it has always run on propane.
About all you need is a carb, some fuel lines and a fuel tank.
Hard to say about the value without photos. However, the market for it will be very poor, as most folks don't want anything to do with an old propane-powered vehicle.
