Move the truck, yes. Just have to determine if the tradeoff will be worth it. Taller gearaing (lower numerical ratio) then the factory offered will increase road speed but in engineering there is no free lunch. You will loose torque at the wheels which means slower acceleration and less hauling power and that's assuming you can keep the motor in it's power band over the speeds you want.
