It is a 1960 which is when the factory made W200s with 9 foot beds. The only problem is that as far as I know all the factory 9' bed trucks were made for the Navy and were 6cyl trucks.
I have seen a few trucks stretched to take a long flatbed or 9 foot utiline bed so without further info it is hard to say if this was a factory job or a later modification.
