Ordering a part for my wm300 from napa or auto zone or car qwest is an act of futilism. These Gus don't have what I need and can't order it. Days are wasted waiting to talk to someone at the manufacturers end. They either don't have it or if they do it's a special order with special shipping and a special up front no return policy. Jensen has treated me fairly, quickly and more often then not tells me the part I need before I get finished telling him what I'm after. He has replaced parts for me when I ordered wrong.
We are dealing with old nos parts. I have gotten dried out and brittle stuff too. Vpwnever had a problem with refund nor replacement. They earned my business.
