So trying to support small business, and people that i thought would be good to deal with... I ordered all new window rubber and door weatherstripping $450 worth...on the phone i asked is this all in stock.. their answer was yes.. i said great, i placed the order a week goes by and the big brown truck leaves a package.. excited i go to the shop open it up and of the 8 items i ordered, there were only 4.... so i called.... and got the runaround " oh we will have to call the manufacturer and get back with you..." i said ok.. I didnt hear anything back for a couple days so i called them back... "oh we have not heard back from the manufacturer".... I said, well i need to know if you can get it, if not i am taking my business somewhere else (softseal) so after being on hold they come back and say "we will have it in on tuesday and get it shipped out and you will have it by friday(today)".. I say if you are certain that you can get it too me I will do that if not, tell me, i need to get this done.. so Friday, today the big brown truck stopped by... not a package from VPW....so i call them again... same story, will call the manufacturer and get back with you... should i send back the 4 items i have and get a refund... wait for it...??? anyone else had an experience like this?
