There used to be a guy making shorty headers, but no more. DTA might work on a W300 if the frame rails are straight by the engine.
Two companies make the flanges and sell kits for making a set. These companies are Stans Headers (206 854 5310) in Seattle and Headers by Ed (612 729 2802) in Minneapolis.

Perhaps cutting the flanges off of some Ford 390 headers and strong-arming them (bending the third tube back slightly forward/backward like an inch to match).
