Is the insurance snafu the reason why my registration that I sent a couple weeks ago was not processed and my check was not cashed? It sounds like you have bigger problems than processing paperwork. I think that I agree with some of the others that eliminating certain events from the official program would be better than cancelling the rally, and let participants "unoffically" participate in whatever activities they choose.
