The two levers to the right of the gear shift. Pull the rear most one back. That should do it. The other lever in the forward position is high range. Pull that back too and that is low range. Notice that you can't pull the forward lever back until you pull the rear lever back first. In other words low range only works when 4wd is engaged. It sounds like the rubber filler tube is dry rotted and cracked. You can get to it by removing the panel inside the bed.
