If you can't get them out any other way, then yes. They are probably aluminium ones and if you have to drive them out get a piece of hardwood dowel the same diameter as the small piston and drive it out. I took the bleeder out and drove the big piston in a bit first and cleaned the bore as much as possible, then drove the small one through. I was able to salvage the pistons and the bore, although there was a fair bit of honing needed on one. Cleaned up pistons and new seals, all good so far.
