It would be basically the same as my carryall minus 2 cylinders. The sm420 will mate to the transfer with a simple yoke change. The engine can be moubted to the rear frame motor mounts with a GM saddle mount and the front can go to the Dodge mount holes with simple custom mounts.
I am actually pulling the front sheet metal and pulling the engine for repairs on the carryall sometime in the next 10 days.
