Split ring question on the budd rim

I have looked through the archive and can't see an answer to this so I will ask Y'all.

When I bought my 52 FFPW it came with several extra budd rims and tires.

all of the tires will need to be replaced and so this is one of the places i was thinking about starting, cleaning up the rims and getting the truck easy to roll.

The question:
as i was looking through the rims i noticed that several of them have a much thinner lock ring, it is about 1/2 inch narrower than the others. Are these rims for the 1/2 ton or something else?
