remember i looking at using the 265 crank with the 236 rods which are 8 in. as opposed to the 265 which are 7.75 right there i am raising the compression or hitting the top of the head so could you not just raise the head with gaskets either that and or relieve the compression chamber

someone had mentioned that the above would be an the best scenario and turn it into a 279 or some such
