For anyone looking for radial tubes and flaps...
I just received "radial" tubes and flaps for my Michelin 11.00r16 XZL tires. I purchased them from:

From the invoice...
$25/Tube: 11.00r16 Metal Stem Tube
$20/Flap: FLP16R10C, 16r10 Center Hole Flap
The tubes have the metal stem in the middle of the tube with a proper 90 degree bend.
Unfortunately, the tubes are made in Korea and the flaps are made in China. However, initial impression is they seem to be of decent quality. I'll update after I install them.
When I called them, they knew exactly what I was looking for. Very knowledgeable and nice to deal with. I would definitely order from them again.
