Are you using Constant Torque hose clamps. The picture shows one style of a Constant Torque clamp. There is another style that has 2 screw worm and springs, 180 degrees apart.
The spring is real heavy and gets compressed when you tighten. This holds the torque. I use these on all my boost lines. Never had a issue.
They are available at NAPA, well at least my local NAPA
