Today I spent helping a old friend split fire wood for his house. Hes 77 and his health is failing. Hes a GMC man. He and his wife have been cutting and splitting wood for 30 years to heat there house. Hes just about out and wants to fill the sheds before summer get going. Has 5 wood sheds on his property. He told me he didnt need the help but I new he would be spliting and staking wood today. He has a summer home up in the Poconos that he spends the summers at. We had a good time together and talk about old times. Weather was nice. Old School Folks spend time with them they no whats real and true. Also they have been there done that. Youngens need to listen. It was a good time today. A good memory to reflect on. Bill. PS time goes so fast theres just never enough to do the things we really want to do.
