American manufacturers have capitalized on the global market expanding to foreign shores, looking for ways to cut costs, and raise profits. Unfortunately, this has led to American companies selling manufacturing to foreign investors. This has also led to foreign investors manufacturing products in the U.S. All that said, there are foreign companies that make good products and our choice of products is no different today - you find the good ones and stay with them. This is the Global market/economy.
I've been satisfied with McQuay-Norris and Federal-Mogul and yes parts may be made elsewhere, but they are still good parts.
