Use only the two terminals on the left. The screw on the bottom right is not an electrical connection. That screw is used to set/adjust the horn contacts. If it is not adjusted correctly the horn will not work. If you push the horn button with everything hooked up and with the incorrect adjustment you will hear sort of a thunk. To adjust the horn turn the screw a little and try the horn again. Remember how many turns on the screw so you can go back to where it was if needed. Once the horn is working use the nut on the screw to lock the screw.

If you removed that screw to attach the wire then you will have to adjust the horn with this screw to make it work.

I went through this process with mine horn about a year ago.
