I have a Mile Marker Hydraulic winch on my jeep and use it all the time with the block i got from them, it is nice with nice greasable bearing. I love it.

Warn stuff is also good.

The important part is to get a block that has the right weight capacity and that fits the cable size right, the cable needs to fit down in the roller snug, if the cable is too small for the block it can slip out and down the side of the roller and get messed up.
