Unless you can't get a direct pull on the logs you are talking about, I doubt you even need the snatch block. I think the winch will handle those logs easily. I used to pull logs over 40' long, 24" to 30" at the butt, with a direct pull. Just have to chain the back of the truck to a solid anchor tree.
