Had some folks ask about my custom front axle housing. Its a custom hybrid that I built out of an Eaton HO52 rear axle and an '86 F350 Dually front axle. I also found a set of Single Rear wheel front hubs from a '94 F-250 TTB to replace the DRW hubs with, and that gives me the 9/16" dia wheel studs that I need for my Aluminum Hutchinsons. To build it I pressed the tubes out of the Dana 60 center section, had them trimmed and machined to press fit the ID of the Eaton housing, and then used an alignment bar and set of custom machined pucks to hold it all straight. Even had the wife come out and spin the housing while I welded up the tubes.
