I think it's a fair price, if it was missing the inside seats and no winch it would be over priced. I agree it would be nice if it was running,but he would prob want more than it worth....if that makes $ ence. It looks pretty uncut and void of someone elses sloppy body work but The rust repair is something you have fab yourself, not really any aftermarket patch panels. You could find front doors pretty easy, back doors are usually rusty. If I had more space/time/money, would try and get it.
