I agree, T.V. is pretty much a waste of time. But, I just discovered the "Velocity" channel. A car guy's ideal way of wasting time, other than working on cars. Almost continuous shows on rebuilding, restoring, driving and otherwise enjoying cars, motor vehicles and other man-toys.
But, on Saturday, there is a program called, "Girls in the Garage". It's either a good program for the wife, or a good way to watch young gals working on cars. But, really, they are actually doing serious mechanical work.
One of the gals has been around on T.V. for quite awhile. She actually know what she's doing.
