Gettin' ready to make PW 6X6.....

Bought an old rolling frame WC sumpin' or 'nother with 2 axles on back. I'm using a nice yellow PW tandem that towed a car hauler that sold on this page quite some time ago as a model to copy. First question, what types of front and rears do I use? I want to be able to take this on the open road and do well OVER 45 mph. THX in advance.
