That kit on ebay is really neat, with all the parts in it. Makes me want to get one just to keep on hand.
If all you need are the bushings, though, are they a standard size? Your local hardware store might have them in the Servalite bins, or I'm sure you could get them from Brown Bearing in Spokane. I know it's hard to get to Brown during business hours and I think they only ship by UPS, which isn't worth it for a couple bushings, but if you ask them, they will put your parts in their mailbox at closing time and then you can pick them up in the evening if you have to go to Spokane for something else.
