The very early WDX models had a pull and twist-lock cable with a round knob. They soon changed to the ratchet style you have shown in your picture, again with the round knob. Then, they changed back to a pull and twist-lock cable but with a T-handle. I think there may have been another handle/knob change later, but the newer the truck the more unfamiliar I am with them.
Okay, so I confused the issue. But just for the record for when this question comes up again. ;^)
