If your starter spins, but the starter gear is not engaging the flywheel, then you are not pushing the switch far enough with the bar. I would leave the plugs out for now. With them out, you should be able to turn the engine over with the fan as long as the transmission is not in gear. You may have to lever the engine over with one hand on one fan blade while pressing down on the fan belt with the other hand. It sounds like your fan belt is too loose, or the belt is old and glazed over making it slip against the pulleys. Just push in on the belt with one hand to tighten the belt up against the pulley while using one fan blade as a lever to rotate the engine.

We still have not determined if the problem is fuel or spark. My first instinct tells me that you have a bad condenser, but you said you replaced it. But that does not mean it is a good one. Even new ones can be bad.
