Why did you chnage the spark plugs? Most new plugs run almost forever. Back when I had the ferd V-10 I changed it's plugs at 117K miles, and it was a real pain as well. Wish I'd left it alone, old plugs looked great, and no effect on how it ran or MPG.

It's likely that the plugs aren't completely properly seated with the wire/coil packs and your getting the light because of a detected miss fire.

Also most parts stores like O'R's can scan the vehicle for free and tell you what the code is. Some will also rent the tools for you to use.
