Ok, thats the second time I have seen this...the other one was Florida right?
I googled it, and I get safe zones designated by the UN in war torn areas...of course, if I see anything UN in the US, I get suspicious....One time in the late 90's I was driving on the upper roads here at Ft. Riley and came across a group of Blue Helmets with APC's and trucks with UN on em....uniforms said US Army....I just figured it was a group getting ready to deploy to Bosnia or Somalia....but why they would be stateside with those helmets and markings is beyond me.
