Steve, That's what I thought but he brought the transmission here with no bellhousing & it didn't look like any of my 4 speeds would bolt to his bellhousing. I have the transmission out of my W500 which had a 318 poly & the input shaft on the 4 speed is way bigger to start with so you'd at least need a bellhousing & clutch. He was saying it's a mechanical clutch...W500 hydraulic.
