I looks like the truck has been assembled from one or more other trucks. The body paint looks nice, but the chassis has not painted. Spin-on filter and no cowl lights like a 1964, but has a voltage regulator for a generator on the firewall. And I believe the hood letters change to slanted in 1964. Not saying the guy has done a bad job, but it appears to have been pieced together.
