360 V8 Conversion

I Recently bought a 52 PW, i am planning on replacing the entire drive train, engine will be a Mopar 360 v8, Transmission will be a NP345, now i have the eng and trans figured out the transfer case and axles are my only issue, i would like to have center axles but do not know what axles and transfercase will work best with the eng and trans config.

If anybody knows someone that has done the v8 conversion would you please point them my way i have several questions that would help immensely with my frame off restoration.
