The 2nd shift Foreman at my job mentioned that yesterday and laughed. Being as heavy as the flywheels are, I'd think it'd work. I used to have a bubble balancer, but sold it after I sold my ancient tire changer. If I see one around cheap, I'll pick it up and see just how far off-center the 360 one is. Then, I can put a precise amount of weight opposite it and balance it back. Combined with Chris' formulas, it'd be almost a no-brainer and easily double-checked!
