Chris, I appreciate the info. It brings the procedure more into context, for sure. If I could easily afford another $100 for another flywheel if I screwed it up or had my own access to a balancer, you bet I'd try it. Right now, I just sold my daily driver ('86 D150) to a friend who had been hauling his two young sons around all winter in a car with no heater (and I couldn't take it, so I sold it to him. Believe me, I didn't want to part with it) and have to hold on to what cash we have. I had set aside $700 for a front Dana and a centered-differential yoke/drum, and can ill afford anything but at the moment. It's the exact reason I haven't asked about your (ingenious) wiper and power brakes setups yet. I can't afford the parts yet, so why bother you about what you did until I can afford to attempt something similar? I will get there, and I'm certainly not complaining about being broke. It keeps me humble, and makes me appreciate what I have. Believe me, I do. Also, by having Hughes do my flywheel, and if it works, I can tell others where to turn to, like I wish someone would have a year ago, when Ray first told me he was out of spacers. I have severe ADHD, and it makes things pretty darn difficult... all of the time. So, I'm sorry if things are a little harder to sink in for me, or to figure out on my own sometimes. Unless I hyperfocus on something, it doesn't get done or make sense. I'm sorry if I seem like a dunce at times; it's not intentional. Thanks for the formulas.
