Sure as hell was amazing what a skilled man without a computer assisted hoe and laser misguided concrete placer and 14 diplomated Iphone carrying engineers could do for a dollar a day. You know what else, sugar was a few cents a pound and that dollar wasn't taxed to 7¢ of value by worthless politicians buying votes.
They didn't need candyass air conditioned truck cabs or snow plows either.
