Modern Running gear

i have 1951 Dodge Power wagon cab and front clip. I want to put a different running gear, preferably mopar. what is the easiest and best swap for this project. I want power steering, brakes v8, maybe automatic transmission. Its going to be a gift to my brother and i want something very daily drivable and a modernized version of the dodge power wagon. A scaled down version of a Legacy power wagon.
