Trans cover problem

Working on getting the interior of the cab figured out and ran into this issue. I'm guessing this may be a result of my floor repairs, but I'm not sure how as I didn't modify the firewall other than to fill some holes.

It doesn't want to move back out without a lot of force either. Suggestions?
