The EMS pager went off at 0800 hrs. I tried to get out the front door...frozen shut. I tried the kitchen door...not quite as frozen. I found the 1991 Cummins under a pile of snow. Got him started and at 1300 hours I had made it to the road.
500 feet in 5 hours. Got stuck 5 times, and had to dig him out. All this before breakfast. I am worn out. Now comes mud season. I can't wait.
The bed is full of black locust firewood, probably about 1000 pounds.
