It's "Nemo". Not sure if that's "Superstorm Nemo" or just plain "Nemo" at this point. I'm pretty sure that according to federal disaster regulations, once a storm is named, it automatically qualifies for another $20 billion in disaster aid for the affected states, assuming they are either reliably Democratic or have Republican governors who are sufficiently friendly to Democrats.
