Junk Yard Dog, our local chain of auto parts stores carries a brand of penetrating oil called PB Blast, I have had really good luck with it, seems to be much, much better than regular pentrating oil. Not cheap, about $4 or $5 for about a 12 or 14 oz. can, I get it from Advanced Auto, not associated with either company. Also, don't worry about some people that have nothing better to do than find fault with you. Some of the smartest mechanics and business people I have ever known had the least formal education of anyone I have ever known. Just because they have a small mind and nothing better to do than put down someone else, just feel sorry for them and go on. Good luck.
