Marcus---I have removed many steering wheels and other splined items by simply tightening the nut slightly tighter. This will sometimes loosen the frozen part. Next you plant your feet firmly on the floorboard and pull straight up on the wheel while someone hits the steering shaft with a brass or aluminum hammer. This is done after you loosen the nut and back it off flush with the end of the shaft. Just use common sense and dont Ruin the shaft threads GOOD LUCK
