m-43 wheels & tires

im about to take delivery of a '52 m-43
it needs new rubber. it currently has the 9x16's and stock rims. i want to put radials on it and wider than stock wheels,it will see alot of beach driving.does any one know the bolt pattern dimensions? my local guy could not find any wheel application for this rig. any help would be great
