I did'nt see that issue, but it's an interesting idea. I would think one person (driver) sitting in the truck might cause the opposite cab mount (front passenger side) to stress with a center mount when driving on a rough road. I still like the idea of four, but it's important that the rubber material use is not real hard to allow for the flex that is needed. If the cab mount area (steel) has cracks, those will get worse with time. The better idea is to place 1/4 inch steel under the mount area providing better support. Since I did that with my cab, It feels solid and stress is displaced over a much wider area. I no longer hear the cab stress noise when the frame is flexed.
