The areas I'm concerned about are integral to the structure of the Carryall. No way to disassemble the panels and only a couple of small access holes in each side of the vehicle. Here is a link to a photo of the area I'm concerned about in case it doesn't show up here.

Behind those window boxes is a space and then behind that is the inner body panel. There's a couple of inches in there between the inner and outer shell. You can see the two drain hoses that empty the window boxes into the cavity. Gordon McMillan has suggested putting in longer drain lines, so that the water at least dumps closer to the bottom of the enclosure where it can drain out. Once the non-original holes are welded up in the restoration, these two holes are my only access into this space. Can Zero Rust be thinned enough to be sprayed into this area and saturate the seams. There will be no way for me to visually check coverage. I'd be essentially just sticking a flexible spray nozzle in a 1/2" diameter hole, spraying wildly and hoping for the best. If I need to recoat 3, 4 or 5 times, that's not a problem.

This is what I'm up against, what do you think?
