Sounds bad. Pull the spark plugs out and squirt about a teaspoon of oil into the sparkplug hole. Test compression again. If up to specs(110 psi is considered good,90 should work)you have bad rings. If compression does not go up in the bad cylinders, bad valves are indicated. Pull the head, look for cylinder wall or piston damage and burned or poor sealing valves. You will at least need a valve job and maybe some more extensive work. A valve job is the easiest and cheapest thing you can do.
