I do use hydroboost in all my old iron. I never bought a adapter to clear the oil filter. I dont know of any such adapters.
I did have the hydbroost company design the hydroboost mount with a tilt up and a tilt tot he left (drivers side). This in no way is an adapter, rather a intergal part of the hydroboost system. And this mount was only used on my Carryall.
