Joe, cant help on finding a lens.
I bought 2 dual filament bulb sockets from napa. Removed the old single filament socket and put the new socket in its place. I remember I had to do some small mod, but I forget just what I did. It could not have been much of a deal or I woudl remember it................I think ha ha
