Joe,
can't help on the lens,but the dual wire pigtail can be easily had for the lamp.
The problem is dual filament bulbs have offset tangs compared to straight for singles.
You will need to swap the lamp holder from a cheap tail/brake lamp as a donor.
Or modify the original holder to accept the offset bulb..
Iv' e done both in the past.
