Went down to Moscow last week in freezing rain. Black ice all over and had to stop and scrape the windshield every few miles. Makes some pretty slow going. Fortunately by the time I headed back the rain had quit and the highway boys had got the ice well sanded.
All in all, it's still a pretty wimpy winter up here. Maybe a foot on the ground in town all winter, and no storms of any consequence.
