The info I have seen on it from the Mfg. is quite bold to the point of being too good to be true. The info I had seen from private users was the heat is very hot and burn through on thinner metal was common. The AWS doesn't recognize it as a certified process. The "torch" head weighs about 2# so unusual position welding would become tiresome quick. Plasma performance is not any different than a 20a plasma cutter. If it could do 1/2 of what they claim in their sales ads then why hasn't one of the big welding companies bought their technology. It has been around for a while now.
