That is a very sharp looking building. I like the "porch" you have on the corner, nice place to relax in the summer, or get out of the rain when fumbling for the keys. I checked into the wainscoting and it was about a $3000 option, the overhead door won out on that battle for funding.
We have 12' wide doors at work and I sometimes wish they were a bit wider, especially when backing in a long trailer. I wish I had one or two more acres, but I'm sure the land owner would not sell.
